Getting started

Use the hosted planner on your phone, tablet, or computer. New users do not need to install a local server. The beta is invite-only.

Your first course

  1. Open your invitation, choose a password, and sign in at voirdaily.com/app.
  2. Open Courses and choose Add course. Enter the class dates, meeting days, and times.
  3. Open Materials and choose Add materials for that course. Upload its syllabus and review the detected readings and deadlines before choosing Import. Check dates against your actual syllabus.
  4. Use Assignments to track work, Schedule to review your calendar, and Notes to save your thinking. Export a Word copy of a note when you need one.

Saving and working offline

Watch the save status. Offline changes stay in this browser until they synchronize. Reconnecting triggers synchronization. If changes conflict with another device, download a planner backup before choosing which version to restore. Do not clear browser data or switch accounts while you have unsynced work.

AI study tools and limits

Choose only the notes and materials you want AI to use. Review generated material before relying on it. Each account has a $5 monthly AI allowance; the beta also has a shared $45 monthly safety limit. Limits reset by UTC calendar month. A request whose outcome is uncertain may keep part of the allowance reserved until it is reconciled.

Files and recovery

Uploads support PDF, Word (.docx), and UTF-8 text files up to 50 MB. Text extraction supports files up to 25 MB and PDFs up to 500 pages. In Preferences, a complete ZIP backup includes your planner and uploaded files; the smaller JSON backup contains planner data and notes. Complete archives support up to 100 MB and 1,000 files. Keep downloaded backups private.

Recent planner history keeps 30 saved versions. Encrypted operational backups are retained for up to 30 days. These do not replace your own copies of important documents. See the privacy policy and account deletion instructions.

Get help

Contact support with the screen name, what you tried, what happened, the approximate time and time zone, and your browser/device. Include the visible error text if available. Do not send passwords, invitation links, access tokens, private notes, course documents, or a complete backup unless a secure recovery process has been arranged.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Avoid creating a second account to recover missing data; contact support from your original account email.
