These terms govern your use of the Voir Daily beta application. By using it, you agree to them.

What the service does

Voir Daily helps users organize law-school work, maintain notes, upload course materials, plan study time, and create AI-assisted study drafts. The service is provided on a beta basis and may change, be unavailable, or contain errors.

AI study materials

AI-generated content is a study aid, not legal advice. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review and verify it against assigned materials and authoritative sources before relying on it. Voir Daily does not guarantee grades, academic outcomes, or the accuracy of AI output.

Your responsibilities

• Use an accurate account email and protect your password.
• Upload only content you have the right to use and share.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the service.
• Review AI outputs and use your own judgment.

Content and third-party AI

You retain your rights in the content you submit, subject to rights needed to operate the service. When you select content for an AI request, you authorize Voir Daily to send that content to OpenAI’s API to generate the requested study material. OpenAI’s terms and policies also apply to that use.

Availability and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voir Daily is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted service, preservation of every item, or error-free output. Back up important academic work independently.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or end beta access for misuse, security, or operational reasons. We may revise these terms as the service develops; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
